Design: Clients bring plans for potential modifications; if plans are absent, our Design Team takes precise measurements and creates project-specific plans. We thoroughly analyze the plans to meet client expectations, then select local vendors for optimal product and pricing. Finally, we offer a fixed price commitment before entering into a work agreement.

Build: Whittaker Construction's Project Team initiates a pre-construction meeting with the Client to review project requirements, fostering familiarity. Subsequent meetings are scheduled during the project's progression to discuss status, adjust schedules, and plan for the following week, with meeting frequency determined by project size and scope. Throughout construction, Whittaker Construction strives to deliver excellent products and services, aiming to minimize change orders, adhere to budget constraints, and meet construction timelines.

Completion: Upon finishing the project and resolving final punch-out items, Whittaker Construction conducts a walkthrough with the Client to ensure complete satisfaction. The Client then signs off on the project, initiating Whittaker Construction's outstanding Warranty process.

Warranty: Whittaker Construction offers a 1-year residential home warranty on labor and follows manufacturer warranties for materials in residential and commercial projects. Commercial project labor is backed by a 1-year warranty. Our aim is your satisfaction, providing peace of mind and a commitment to excellence.
